Dstv - as good as ****mers maybe better

Dstv now! Easy to take our money! Trying to get my money back from dstv now since last weekend! I got escalation numbers and all the b””&)? , they give and request ! It was even mentioned that the manager will contact me from head office - still havent heard a word!

They want proof of payments for a online payment which capitec does not provide - but the payment was immediately deducted! Useless and this is as good as theft !
