DSTV arrogance

At the end of March 2017 I paid a DSTV accredited installer R699 for DSTV. I had just moved into a residential hotel. I gave the installer R699 and I got a signal in my room. I paid him and he left. Months later I started getting ERR 48-32 being an installation problem. I used to unplug and plug a number of times. This often worked, but for less than a day. About a month ago, a friend from the hotel was in my room and saw my ERR message. He traced the cable outside and he said we should go onto the roof (I had never been before). He showed me how my DSTV cables were hooked to an old dish. I phoned DSTV and asked what I got for R699 and that's when I learnt that the price included cabling, dish 2 things that he did not supply or install (cable). Long story short, he came twice and I still have poor signal etc. On the 10th November I phoned DSTV and lodged a complaint. I was told that it was being referred to a "field" office or something. On Wednesday morning, as I had not heard back, I spoke to a supervisor Prudence. He said she would get back to me after 1pm. I asked her if I should hold my breath. She said I could. I have phoned on a few occassion and have yet to hear back from her or anyone from DSTV. There is no time limit on a con job which is what the installer did and DSTV , by ignoring my issue show their arrogance. I have the premium bouquet and I am not getting the signal that I pay them for.
