Dstv are utterly useless !!
I am disgusted with Dstv! Without warning my service was disconnected on Thursday evening (13 July). I spent the whole morning on Friday on the phone, spoke to 4 different agents who gave me 4 different reasons - the May payment hasn't been received, the June payment hasn't been received, and the best - my bank has reversed my EFT payment TWO WEEKS after I had paid it! The agent threatened to cut the call when I told her she was talking nonsense. My frustration level by then was extremely high. I spoke to an agent this morning who said they would get back to me. Needless to say they have not and I am still disconnected. I have missed a weekend of great sports events and this is what I pay Dstv for.
