DSTV are useless with promotions

DSTV started a promotion where if you pay three consecutive months on time then you will get the 4th month free. All fun and nice when you read but how terrible when you need to get the reward. My account currently shows in arrears because of this and i always have to contact them with no answer than can be given. I even had to call to get my services reconnected. All u hear is a sob story of a backlog etc for the second week running. I really dont know what more to do and really considering cancelling because how can one pay so much money a month when service doesn't exist. VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER
