DSTV Are useless

Another month, another payment to DSTV, and once again they cut me off because they are too *********** to allocate my money to my account. Last month I was without access for 12 days. Now I log on to watch the historic occasion of SA women contesting an ICC final only to find I have to miss this because DSTV are utterly clueless. Money went off my credit card yesterday and today I'm cut off. This is the last straw. It's not worth the hassle of going through this every month. Account will be cancelled. No wonder they're going down the tubes as a company. Pathetic.
