DSTV ARE USELESS

What a joke. Call centre not operating due to Covid, you are given a choice to use a WhatsApp service or online help. Ive tried both. WhatsApp line is automated so cannot assist with a query, and is ridiculously slow. it takes over 10mins between each question... The online help is worse. Ive been waiting for over an hour now with no response. Ive upgraded my package, paid for it and cannot see the channels... Its a simple damn question and all I need is someone to magically reset something..... PATHETIC, USELESS AND A WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY!
