DSTV are unable to generate and send monthly invoices !!!

<p>Despite many requuests since June 2016, they are unable to send invoices / statements but want to receive their money based on a SMS. It is wonderful when you have a monoply and can just switch off the system to get paid and still not provide any invoices / statements. Shocking service !!!!</p>

I have already told DSTV that I am not using your self serivce option. Pls send invoices / statements for payment like all my other creditors. Thnanks.
