Dstv are *******

Dstv agent are not professional. One agent tells you this and the other one tells you that. Now they want us to pay for reconnection fees because of their call centre mistakes. We have payed close to 900 Rand and the balance was zero. Today they sent an sms saying we must pay 366. 54.when we call the call center she says the balance is 434.00.when we wanted answers from the call center she said she is working from home and she can't transfer us to the supervisor. Later she gave the call to her boyfriend who pretended to be the supervisor but he knew nothing about multichoice services. I feel like I'm being undermined by dstv because they feel like they can rob us and getaway because they are a monopoly.
