DSTV ARE *******!!!!!!!!!

Dstv are ******* you guys expect cash before the service is connected yet you still debit!!!! I have been waiting for more than a month for a refund and your call center agents tell me that I should just wait for the refund to come through !!! Kiara from pretoria was the call center agent told me there was nothing she can do as all the supervisors and managers are busy and there is absolutely no one to assist me in the fact that my refund has still not been paid of to me!!! Is this what we have to go through to get our money thats owing to us back which is a fault from your side Pathetic you guys are ******* you ***** peoples money!!!
