DSTV are the worst streaming service on the planet

I wonder if the people at DSTV use their own services or more importantly if they have to deal with their own contact centre/Whatsapp chat people. Quite frankly, it's infuriating. I just don't get the feeling that they care about their customers who pay 4-5 times the going rate for a poor streaming service.

It's now been a week since I was duped into taking up (and paying for) the R460p/m premium special offer and sadly still no streaming service. I just forgot why I stopped using this service in the first place, but a timely reminder will ensure that I don't make that mistake again.
