Dstv are schemers

Dstv is really ****y, run as fast as you possibly can as soon as you get a chance. Apparently I changed my package from Compact to Premium in June, then I went back to Compact only for me to change to Premium again in July. Why the hell would I do that in this economy. Now I owe them R1300, paid my monthly bill as always, ended up owing them R900, of which when we called the first time they conveniently changed the amount to R500. If I really owed them that amount, then why drop it to R500 just like that?? Dstv has started a ponzi scheme. Their consultants are useless, they constantly hang up on you in the middle of a conversation, they are clueless, and don’t give straight answers. The matter is under investigation, they said it would take 24 hours, 24 hours has passed still nothing. Mind you I paid for this month, but it has been switched off. Useless service, busy trying to rob us because they’ve lost customers.
