DSTV are ******** and *****

So so disappointed with DSTV/MultiChoice. I was called to upgrade from my normal explora to the Ultra. They sent in installers (during loadshedding)who installed and left without checking if installation was done properly. 2 months later we still cannot watch TV, they keep saying they will be sending someone over till to date. At that time I’m paying R1000 per month, for watching “No signal”
