Dstv are *******

These people are very dishonest. I had an issue with dstv where I paid my account on the 25th and they cut my services. I did receive an SMS before they cut that I should pay. I called them to ask why so early but the lady was really unhelpful. I left it and they cut my services early next month. I decided that I will cancel dstv. I called them to cancel my services as I'd rather use Netflix. They pleaded that I must not leave and said they will give me a discount. I currently pay R1000 plus minus, I was told I'd pay R840 for a few months. I was even sent an SMS. It's two months now and I have not received a discount. I called today to enquire and was told that there are no such records. So I told them it seems iam lying. These people are a bunch of *********** ****en barstards. You can't trust them at all.
