DSTv are ****MERS

I am soo irritated. DSTv added Disney channel to my mother's account without our knowledge. We didn't even know we had this channel until I had to make payment. She has no idea what Disney is, neither do I? We are now liable for an extra channel we have no knowledge of? DSTv are ****mers they add channels on older citizens account without their knowledge knowing they probably won't check! When I call the call centre they tell me they can't assist. They need to sort this out ASAP!
