Dstv are either incapable or just don’t care.
Can anyone please advise me what to do. Double payment was made to Dstv 6 months ago. I have pleaded with them to assist me in this matter. I have left various reviews on Hello Peter, but nobody at Dstv seems to be able to assist me. After every review I receive an automated response that the will contact me but that’s where their assistance stop. I have supp**** them with all necessary documents. What can I do?
