DSTV ARE ******,*****ING OUR MONEY THAT WE DONT HAVE

I paid an amount of r329 that was due and now they busy harassing me saying that I'm owing r185,im like no I paid and you received payment and my services were activated, lot of their agents are harassing me like I'm a ***** and I have to keep on explaining myself, its like dstv agents are using a different kind of system cos each and everyone of them u have to keep repeating yourself, I've had enough of them ,this sis ****************, robbing me of my kids money and saying i still owe them, just yesterday they said everything will be cleared and they apologized and now i must pay??? I've had enough of these *********** people ..please someone superior help me with these ******
