I have pricelock wich i pay R959pm.It activated late in August.So in September i had to pay for the pro rata viewing and the month of September 2018 and they debited my account for R1133 on the 25 September 2018.And to my stupidity i paid R959 on the same day via etf.And the fool i am was thinking it was for October,but now they demand another R1699 for November when i call them they give me different stories please help me.
