DSTV are *******

I tried canceling my account and was told it was successful but then I noticed debit orders are still being taken off. I tried logging in to see what the issue is but none of my credentials are recognized and my account number doesnt exist so I cant log in to see what the issue is. The chatbot cant help and the agent, when you finally get to talk to one, just didnt reply once I said what the issue was. I feel like this is daylight ******* and totally unacceptable.
