DSTV ARE BULLIES

for one whole month, dstv disputed that i reversed money from their account to mine. i have sent through a number of statements through them stating that i nothing of the sort. not only did they disconnect my subscription then, they also deducted R1288 from my account to "recover' the alleged reversal. their investigation has gone on for a long time, trying to find out that it is not their fault. ref number: ***0's email states they are still working on the issue. ITS BEEN A MONTH YOU HAVE FOUND NOTHING WRONG ON MY SIDE. What is it that would delay you, when you have all the evidence? please, just give my money back? you frustrating the **** out of me and i dont know what to do on my side to resolve this
