DSTV are blood suckers ********

Multi choice is a ****. I won a reward for one month upgrade to premium and the terms was to continue paying my original package but DSTV decided to **** me and deducted original package + premium in one month (569+829) which amounted to R1398. I called them more than 5 times requesting my money back, all I get was they will refund the money back but dololo. The next month now they say I owe them R1041. No refund was made or account being credited, nothing. DSTV are blood suckers, all they want is peoples hard earned money and they run away with it.
