DSTV ARE A ****!!!
This company are ******** that *****S millions under false pretences. Few weeks I called the Customer Centre to amend a monthly installment date. During that call, all arrangements were finalized. Today its the 3rd of a new month and ma Dstv account is been suspended for no reason, other than DSTV wants me to pay a ridiculous re-connection fee that I have tried to avoid. Why is there a false intent to assist the public, if they fail to listen???...
This company's Customer Centre appears to be dysfunctional and disoriented. DISGUSTING!!..
