DSTV ARE A BUNCH OF ******S

I have 2 decoders on easy view & only one is insured. I got a reward upgrade on 1 decoder to access in April that was for May. But now am being told that I must pay for the access package. How is that possible? This is day light *******, you created a false reward system and make customers pay. Kanjani mara
