DStv are a bunch of ******

In June DStv decided to deduct almost triple what the normally deduct from my account. After making them aware on 17 June they said they would refund me the amount of R1700 within 7 working days. I have been waiting impatiently and have called them several times. The response is the same every time "the money should reflect in your account today or tomorrow". Needless to say that it is July now and I am still waiting. Should I starve to death due to the incompetence of DStv.
