DSTV- Approved installer

Good day DStv

I'd like to lodge a complaint and possibly press legal charges against one of your approved DStv installers.

About a month back we lost signal at home due to the bad lightning conditions, we managed to call DStv for a installer nearby and when he availed himself they told me that he needs a R400 call out fee and further to that he advised that my LNB was damaged and needed replacing.

Quote came out to about R 1400 in total and my connection was restored.

2 weeks later after a little bit of wind it disrupted the connection and I called him to have it fixed he sent out 2 of his guys, they said that had to move the satellite which we agreed on but than he said I need to pay him an additional R450 and I refused because I was over quoted for work he was supposed to fix initially.
