DSTV Appalling Service

On the 22/12/19 I rented 3 movies on DSTV Box Office. I got 1 movie for free as it was the first time I rented. The other 2 were made available for me to watch. The still showed rent or play trailer options. Now I find that they charged me for the movies I never got to see because of their technical problems. I called the call center to query this and I was appalled by the service I received. I spoke to Paris and Xoliswa among others they all put me on hold and never came back to me. Xoliswa was worse she dropped the phone in my ear. I requested to have those movies available to me or give my money back. I have never seen such remarkable display of ineptitude! I will never rent another movie with them. Their service is pathetic!
