Dstv appalling service

I’m so appalled by the service I just received from Multichoice, since Sunday I have been trying to purchase the streaming package and whenever I think I’ve bought something there’s another that comes up and my package is not there, just now I was talking to a lady called Mapaseka, it’s as if I was boring I did advise that I was going to Hello Peter and her response was “ alright, is there anything else I can assist u with” wow ! Guys I’m disgusted by this service I got , another lady I spoke with on Sunday told me that if I made an amount of R120 I would connected right away I’ve just made that amount and they asking me for more like what the hell is this ? 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
