DSTV App sucks

My EXTRAVIEW died. I called the original installer and after asking some questions he advised me that it is a DSTV problem. I then downloaded the DSTV App and after some initial problems managed to log my complaint. Three days later. No answer. Agian I log my complaint. Another day. No answer. Today I logged it again. Again no answer. How does one go about speaking to an actual human being? I'm paying for a service I am not getting
