Dstv App on Smart TV issue.

Can someone please help me with my Dstv that does not want to play on my Samsung Smart TV. I have been trying to ask for help from some of your very amusing and one track minded online consultants on your website chat. They told me to uninstall this app and reinstall it. I have done that. And reset my wifi. Still I am not able to use this app because once I try to launch it and stream on the app, having signed in and all, it automatically kicks me out. Please help me. This time with proper attention to detail. I'm frustrated and paying PRM with all add ons already.
