Giving credit when it's due. I want to say thank you to Multichoice. On Sunday there was a big game on Supersport channel. This game was co-inciding with load shedding in my area. I was unable to live stream the game on my app. I contacted Multichoice via the live chat feature on the DSTV app. I was assisted very efficiently by Khadeeja. It literally took few minutes to resolve. I was impressed that I did not have to call Multichoice. The live chat feature was very convenient. I did not have to listen to various prompts and messages that I would normally listen when I call Multichoice. My family and I were able to live stream the game via the DSTV app. Well done Multichoice.
