DSTV App is a nightmare

Have been trying to sort out this problem since last year DSTV Now is horrible, using it on my smart tv cannot literally watch anything. I get a constant error that 2 devices are connected at the same time and that 1 should be turned off or were sorry cannot connect try again.Pathetic service I had from multichoice we are paying for this services yet cannot use them with pleasure. Showmax and Neflix I dont have issues with. If this is not sorted out I'm cancelling this account.
