DStv App and phone calls.

The My DStv App does not work properly for Holiday/home settings. Then I have to phone everytime and have a 15 min phone conversation, repeating ID no's etc. Obviously I have to pay for this phone call which in itself is absurd. Come on DStv get your house in order and it is high time that you get a toll free number!!?? Shocking.
