I am writing to long overdue complain about my DSTV streaming service - the quality is appalling a total disgrace. When you watch anything live you constantly have to put up with picture hanging, distorting pictures, loss of sound and more. Its difficult to watch any live sport without experiencing constant issues. This is where i am on a 100mb Fibre line and the line is tops all the time.
Even now when you go to catch up to watch anything you constantly have to restart because it freezes
More evidence if you go to the APP store the DSTV app gets a 1.8 out of 5 one of the poorer ones - to be honest i would rate it 0.2 its UTTER ******* amatuer
and they have the audacity to brag about world class and even more audacity to charge you R699 a month
