DSTV App

Poor service regarding my DSTV App issues. It seemed as if they could not provide a solution for the "OTP Limit Reached" issue presented by the app since the previous day. The agent K****tso, just ended my chat without resolving the issue, mind you this has been going on from 11:08 am to 13.27pm!
