I have been trying to use the MyDStvApp to connect my holiday home. They tell me it is not working and they are busy on it - but I have heard this story for at least 6 months now! The only way I can do it is over the phone and I have two holiday homes - so by using their WhatsApp channel, they never ask which holiday home! So VERY FRUSTRATING…come on, Multichoice- get your act together 😡😡
