DSTV AND SHOWMAX - customer care is the pits

Three escalations with Showmax on the chat line and a fourth after a phone call in a private response have yielded nothing. In the meantime I have discovered that DSTV now doesn't work anymore on my phone so I went on the chat line and am still waiting for that, escalated, to be resolved. DON'T PHONE ME UNLESS YOU HAVE AN ANSWER DSTV. have you considered that the new Ultra you gave me is faulty? both problems arose after new ultra was installed
