Dstv and Showmax are robbing me for paying showmax but I never watch any of showmax programs.

I bought the dstv decoder from on airtv with all apps, apps like showmax. They told me I will have access for showmax and I subscribed and R99.00 it never work I called multichoice dstv to find out why it's not working and them they subscribed for showmax for R49 now I'm paying showmax double R99 and R49. That means showmax and dstv are robbing me showmax debit R99 and dstv included the R49 for showmax on the it's monthly premium without my knowledge and I never watch any of showmax programs. Please I need my money back from January till do date.
