Dstv and onairtv are ********

I'm very saddened by DStv and onairtv for ******** my old mother telling her DStv is giving her a new decoder because their old ones will no longer work . Then further adding on products she knows nothing about and cannot use nor understand. She was told she will pay R179 for 24 months. now there is an Additional R280 added . Have tried to contact on air with no success for a week now , even sent email to support. I want the decoder fetched and all this cancelled. She won't afford all this and she was Misled and taken advantage of because she is old. Very disappointed
