Why is a contract with DSTV resulting in unapproved Debit Orders from On Air?

Is there a ******* relationship between DSTV and On AIr?

I have many unapproved debit orders for a number of months from On Air and I did not approve them and I am unable to have the cancelled.

DSTV and On Air need to make sure that ALL of these unapproved debit orders are refunded with interest
