DSTV and Off Air, sorry ON AIR

You should seriously review your agreement with a company called On Air. The call was to let me know that my old contract is expiring and that I can upgrade to the latest decoder, I think it's also an extra 50 or 60 rand a month. After the installer failed to pitch up 3 times with an appointment, he finally arrived. I asked him what's the difference between my old and new decoder. He said there is no difference, it's exactly the same, the 3A model I think. He told me the upgrade to my old decoder is the Ultra version..Anyway I thought I would take that up with On Air. He put a new LNB in, which looks the same as my old one, and set the channels inside and said he's done. I said what about the dish, he said the dish is still fine. I said It includes a new dish, he then asked if I want the new dish, I said of course , it comes with the decoder. He said OK, I'll go fetch it from my car. He then produced the brand new dish. On Air have ****** more money from me by increasing the monthly amount for the same decoder, and the installer had clear intentions of *****ing and driving off with my new dish. This as absolutely unbelievable and I demand that DSTV get involved and force the upgrade according to my increase in payment. To wrap it up the installer also has no Covid training and asked me if he can use my sterilising products, what an embarrassment and insult to the national leader in digital satellite TV. Totally ********** and extremely upset.
