DSTV and NAMOLA hoax
I have a Namola subscription that I did not sign up for on my DSTV account. I called Multichoice, waited for well over 10 minutes on hold with no direction. Eventually when the agent (Thandokazi) came back, she told me to log into Namola app to cancel as they can't cancel it. I cannot cancel this even on their app since I did not take up the service. I have a whole R130.66 that was added to my subscription that I know nothing of this. The agent did not even give me surety of having this canceled and my funds refunded. Call was even ended abruptly. I cannot be on the line for over 20 minutes with no direction whatsoever.
