DSTV and horrible world class service

WOW its hardly 2024 and already the issues have stated DSTv needs to resolve this year in year out their Fiber is giving problems i am unable to connect to the internet and cannot work because their server is not working spoke to Sibusiso on the line for 40 min busy trouble shooting as he makes up things as he goes something really did not make sense like connecting my lap top directly to the fiber box for some one that is not in IT this was like algebra i had to figure out what is trying to explain to me like why is this so difficult the managers ae also not helpful and to this date are still allergic to speaking to customer over the phone this problem has been on going and needs to be fixed France Mashyane did not even trouble himself he just told Sibusiso we are looking in to the matter if this service was free that would be something but i am paying for this horrible service
