DSTV and Disney don't sync

We have Disney Plus that runs through DSTV, and we only ever get to watch about half a season of something. This is because episode 2 will get an Disney Plus Error pl-3016 code. Episode 3 and 4 won't. Then episode 5 will. I have tested this on my laptop, and simply logging into Disney website everything is 100%. There's clearly a synching error with DSTV and Disney, that SO many people are experiencing. It's not surprising that everyone is cancelling DSTV and movie to Skybox. You charge a fortune for a sh*t service. Fix it and do better.
