Dstv and Box office havinh problems again
I am just so disgusted with Dstv Box Office, they give you a free rental and sms you to please use it and when you actually want to watch the movie it does not work. You phone DSTV and you get the normal excuse it is not working and they are sorry. I just wish DSTV can get competition in SA , it is the worst service there is in SA and they always have some issue or problem. Box office is also a waste of time because you cant rent from them because they have a problem again

14 Jun 2020, 13:55This is still not resolved , I have managed to rent a movie from Box Office now , but is suddenly charged for 2 movies. So there is no free rental as per there sma and emails , if you want to rent it it just suddenly does not work. I have phoned but either they cut me off or cant help me.
