DSTV AMAZING SERVICE NOT!!!!!

I spoke to two advisors about receiving an error, one on my laptop dstv now. I received an error that states " Sorry, we're unable to play this video now, something on our side" they told me to clear my cookies and cashes, I did not no help. I left it and then started watching on my xbox one, after a month I received an " whoops" message will watching football game. went onto there chat and the person did the same thing, he told me to sign in and out which I did. Then asked me to test my speed which I did sent him the results then told me to test on another device did so told him of the error and then bang bang he left the chat and it said i am contacting them out of customer service time, funny thing is the message came from him. he left the chat I types hello and then their dstv chat automatic system typed a response I was reaching them out of customer service time. wow awesome service DSTV.
