DSTV Always disappoints

Oren Ori was very helpful regarding sorting out my account, I was able to settle my account and the services were operational again, however, Oren promised to reverse the charge on my account and that was not the case, I only enjoyed viewing for weeks, there after the services were disconnected again, I sent an email to helpdesk Kubayi responded by saying he will investigate and revert, its been 3 days without any response from him, I want the manager to contact me so that this can be sorted, it is so annoying that I have to come to such platforms inorder to heard, it's time consuming and it's such an inconvenience.
