Dstv allowing *****ulent devices to use my dstv account

I called and send a chat requesting DSTV to remove *****ulent devices that have access to my dstv account, I mentioned to them I have removed these devices a couple of time and even changed my password twice, however their systems keeps on allowing these devices, evertime I want to watched I’m kicked out and I get a message that these devices are streaming. I continue to remove them but they still have access. Dstv say devices can have access for 6 months, meaning these devices they get allow by thier system for 6 months without using password. When I call them to remove this they say they can’t.
