Dstv allege i owe over R7000 which is utter *******!

Dstv alleges i owe them over R7000 since October 2018.I have called the call centre on numerous times to have this matter resolved as my subscription keeps being cancelled. Every time i call in i am told i do not owe any amount, the matter would be escalated to finance who will, call me back. No one from Dstv has ever called me back. I was debited over R7000 3times and had to go reverse these debits which costs me time and money. How can one owe R7000 on a pay to watch service? This really baffles my mind. Can someone please contact me to resolve this mess. This is really mediocre service. Buntu ********** 456
