DSTV agents cant add....

On the 27/09 i was debited R1111.91 instead of R959 as I am on the pricelock option.I called in& was told it was an error and it will be refunded within 48hrs,I called back on the 30/09 was told this was wrong&that I needed to wait for feedback or reverse my debit order& then pay again,I refused to do this as then my DSTV would be cut,I called this morning&im being told the difference is for a box office movie of JULY(that gets adveritsed 1st movie free)and the remaining amount will be credited to my acc,i had asked for it to be refunded since the 27/09.I was then told it was not my 1st movie i rented,which is a lie as i even called in for that very 1st movie because i was unsure how to do it.I told to hold on, after 30mins my call was cut
