DSTV agents being god unto themselves

<p>My sister has been havin gproblems with trying to get a new card for her decoder issued by some AA Systems DSTV agents in the West Coast. </p> <p> </p> <p>Nothwithstanding the remarks with ****** undertones, they had the ***** to hang up on me when I tried to enquire why this was not being allowed. </p> <p> </p> <p>Spoke to DSTV agents in Randburg and they confirmed that she could buy a R99 smart card but the agents still refused its issue. </p> <p> </p> <p>Can you guys let us know why this nonsense is allowed to happen?</p>
