Dstv agents and services
I purchased a decoder on promo at game for 599 with a 1 month free compact subscription.. It was only installed on the 27.09.22..two weeks later on the 9th it was cut I phoned dstv I was helped and reconnected... On the 11th I was cut off again with now twice the amount of reconnection fee and being billed for the promo which the call center said is pro data something that was not on the box for the promotion... The call agents kept putting me on hold everytime I called in... The call agents were not even aware of the promotion that was going on, I even went into a multichoice store and emailed head office my proof of purchase n the decoder box with the promotions on it but dstv did not get back to me or phone me... How do you get billed for something that is free and then how do u get agents who don't know about promotions trying to assist people when they place us on hold for Mins after Mins because they have nothing to say to us... It's disgusting that we pay so much and they have such a lack of attention to customers

11 Sept 2022, 18:45Hi it's a shame I had to get onto a media platform for assistance.. The problem is on multichoice side so why should I be disconnected from my form of entertainment.. How could you guys not be aware of the promotion running because it took me almost an hour on Friday expalining everything to a call center agent just to get cut off n billed again today and not forgetting the hours I spent on the phone with people who knew nothing but placing me on hold.. The call gets cut none of the agents even called back... They even asked me to email them the box with the promo n the receipt and did nothing to assist me when I phoned back to ask them to reconnect me... If the matter is esculatting it's on your side cause your guys don't know what's happening don't cut me off because unfortunately for me I purchased that decoder with the promo
